| Hi Raising is a man down on his luck. He tries robbery, theft and stealing to no avail. One day needing food for his children he plans the kidnapping of U.S. President Arizona for ransom. Slipping into Camp David disguised as a rabbi, Hi confronts the commander and chief on the shitter and takes him prisoner. Hi’s wife, Ed, is distressed to see the president in their living room, but the smooth talking Arizona eases her mind with a speech about farm subsidies. As the years pass the public forgets the missing president and at the same time President Arizona and Ed begin to fall in love which leads to a final confrontation for our trio on the steps of the Washington monument.
