| The title comes from the nickname the crew gave the film during production, because the film was repeatedly started and stopped due to the ill heath of star Charlton Heston. Taking place in real time the plot centers on our hero Miles (Mr. Heston) trying to stop a Panamanian diplomat’s assassination during an O.A.S. meeting in Toronto. The final thirty minutes of the film take place on the famed “steps” of Odessa, Russia.
